OUR HISTORY


Overtime Services began in 1989 when Timothy Finnerty started cleaning commercial office spaces at night to suplement his daytime income as a West Palm Police Officer. Overtime Services quickly became a full-time operation and was incorporated in january of 1992. Chrisanne Finnerty joined the company in 1996 bringing administrative, operational, training and marketing skills that furthered the growing success of the company. In 2011, Chrisanne incorporated Overtime Building Maintenance, dba “OT”, and went in her own direction beginning what would be a woman owned business.

Overtime Building Maintenance, Inc. was born from Overtime Services, Inc. and was established as a woman-owned-business. Overtime Building Maintenance, Inc. was incorporates in March of 2011 and maintains the same ownership and leadership as Overtime Services, Inc.

Employing over 120 people, 33 full time employees and 92 part time employees, Overtime Building Maintenance, Inc. provides janitorial services for some of the finest class “A” offices spaces, Universities, Health Care facilities and malls in Palmb Beach and Broward Counties. We have successfully services class “A” office buildings, along with retail shopping plaza buildings such as Fort Lauderdale’s Beach Place. We also serve facilities that include medical, school campuses, government and community centers.

We realize the quality of our janitorial services is imperative for retaining a strong customer base and long-lasting client relationships. Training and great personnel have been the hallmark of our success. Employee retention has created opportunities that allow us to train management, site supervisors, inspectors and administrative personnel. All of us at OT are focused on constant improvement, the best service at all cost, and always exceeding our client’s expectations.
